What does our Graduate Management Traineeship mean?

The Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) is a 10-month programme starting in August 2025, which will provide you with valuable exposure and insights into leading and transforming a successful global business.

You will work on critical projects with senior stakeholders to drive value and undertake a structured programme to support your development as a future leader of AB InBev.

The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.

How will the 70/20/10 methodology work for you?

We believe that the best way to really develop is by doing.

70%

  • 70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning: across 2 to 3 rotations, you will lead transformative projects, driving value in alignment with our strategy. In addition to projects within our core functions in Sales, Commercial, and the Supply-Chain you will get a taste of our key support functions, such as procurement & sustainability, people, solutions & finance to get a full 360 of the business. Working on these exciting projects & learning through doing is at the program's core.

  • On top of the projects, you will get valuable front-line operational experience, where you’ll see the supply chain in action in the breweries and warehouses or visit customers with experienced colleagues to see how the negotiations work.

20%

  • 20% of your learning will come from mentorship programmes, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.

  • You will also receive several International trainings, where you will come together with the other trainee programs to get exposure to the broader business, collaborate on critical work challenges & learn from our most senior leaders as you dive in to our strategy & operations, whilst living our vibrant culture.

10%

  • Formal trainings, including workshops & online training courses is the final 10% of your learning. You will have a series of trainings, helping you to develop key hard and soft critical competencies to support your journey to becoming the future people leaders of our company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get an accreditation in the Brewing/Distilling process to really showcase & leverage your knowledge.

"Focus on building your own package. You know, what's the skills backpack you're going to bring with you? It's very important that every step of the way you always have this backpack full of things and you keep on adding things. And so really the GMT opened up a panorama landscape of things for me that I think no other company would have done, no other position would have done."
